鈥婮une is National Safety Month, and听the National Safety Council听(NSC)听chose Mental Health and Wellness as its first weekly topic of focus because听mental health directly impacts听safety.听听for an article from NSC about staying safe and sane while听physical听distancing.听听

Sandy听Galganski, Divisional Health and Safety Leader for Roofing Systems,听asked the RS team to share how they听prioritize their mental health.听听

Clayton Christian, RS Technical Rep, said he听brings his office into the great outdoors to听destress.听听

I am very task oriented and have the tendency to get caught up in work, especially when traveling,鈥 Christian said.听鈥I am up late working on reports and other relevant听office听work, so to help prevent burnout, I occasionally take my laptop and phone on a hike, find a pretty spot and听complete听reports there.鈥澨

This听provides a nice change of scenery听and gives him a chance to听enjoy nature while being productive.听听

I鈥檝e found some beautiful remote offices!鈥澨齢e said.听Check out听these scenes from听some of Clayton鈥檚听recent听remote workspaces:听
