The Glass听Air Media Team, part of 青青草视频鈥檚 (JM) Engineered Products听division, has won the company's Innovation Award, which is awarded annually for听exceptionally innovative achievements. The business developed a groundbreaking听new filter medium that has the lowest possible energy consumption during use. This听was achieved by using a multi-fiber construct in combination with special heat听settings during the production process. This project therefore makes an听important contribution to reducing overall energy consumption in ventilation听systems worldwide.

"The team听has really excelled with their deep knowledge," says Christian Hassmann,听Director of JM鈥檚 Filtration Business. "To develop such a product, it听is essential to have smooth coordination with colleagues from process听control, sales, production and scheduling. This worked very well on this听project."

JM operates听three microglass fiber air media lines at the Wertheim, Germany site and will听be launching a fourth production line this year.听
