Ell-Jacsâ„¢ Plus Polyfilm lined Aluminum Elbow CoversÌýare made in two, precision-formed, matching halves to cover and weatherproof insulated 45° and 90° pipe elbows.Ìý Like our Aluminum Jacketing, Ell-Jacsâ„¢ Plus are a premier protective jacketing for insulation pipe systems and are a crucial accessory to complement the aluminum jacketing. Ell-Jacsâ„¢ Plus help protect the insulation and underlying pipe from physical damage, UV exposure, corrosive enviroments, and water. They also reduce the time and labor needed to install a metal jacketing system.

PFMB on the interior surfaceÌý - reduces corrosion propensity – three layers of film in the PFMB eliminate pinholes

Increased spacing between fingers/ribs -ÌýMakesÌýfor easier banding in the middle of the elbow.

Tough and strong PFMB filmÌý- Resists damage during handling and installation. Painted moisture barrier is more easily scratched.

Clear exterior coatingÌý - Helps resist unsightly metal scratches.
